Culturally Responsive Higher Education Consultant

LeeAnne McNulty, Ed.D. (ORCHID # https://orcid.org/0009-0008-5269-4493) brings over 28 years of leadership, vision, transformation, and culturally responsive administration to higher education institutions. Through a long history of identifying barriers to student success, crafting social justice alternatives, and implementing more than 65 educational reform projects from the ground – up, she leads and writes from a history of successful team building and action. As the co-author of the Culturally Responsive Curriculum Assessment and author of the Inclusive and Humanizing Organizational Assessment, she provides the instruments, experience, and guidance necessary to transform higher education institutions into organizations that sustain cultural strengths, respond to students’ needs, and support administrator, staff, faculty, and student success.

Culturally Responsive Higher Education Consultant

Rick Rantz is committed to transforming higher education through culturally responsive teaching and assessment practices. He focuses on creating learning environments that embrace the richness of diverse cultural backgrounds and multiple perspectives. As co-author of the Culturally Responsive Higher Education Curriculum Assessment Tool, he presents at national conferences and conducts professional development workshops that enable faculty to assess and modify their curriculum to become culturally responsive, thus enriching the educational experience of all students.
